built-up column
First group product proposed by our designers in the fences market. It represents a perfect decorative element that suits ideally governmental institutions, big companies' offices, city squares. There is a possibility of height and colour range change of a finished product which would meet tastes of the most demanding customer. Assembling recommendations Fence construction, composed from a column and inter-column section, must be laid with a foundation that should consider soil peculiarity, climate area, construction height and operating conditions. Under heavy load the interior column space is underpoured with carcass being prior installed. Under low load building refuse may be used instead of concrete. Depending on climate conditions and quality of external column working maintenance without interior space pouring may be allowed. Prior concrete pouring interior column walls must be laid with not less 25 mm plastic foam to prevent from cracking. Attaching points of inter-column elements (grills, gates) must be designed beforehand, individually, considering weights and material corrosion properties. After assembling the column must be cleaned, thoroughly spackled, primed and painted. Column sections have fixation elements unlike base and head. Assembling is made manually without use of any mechanisms. |
