Company "Politep" specializes in manufacturing of concrete products, in particular, of linear and spot drainage systems, column and intercolumn elements, paving stones, facing tile. Now the company started the production of new concrete product, named as "industrial flooring - concrete parquet".

Floor arrangement in the process of repair and building of industrial premises is one of the most complicated issues. The market is saturated with various offers today, but the solution shall be optimal. Traditionally they use concrete to arrange flooring in production, storage and public premises. Nevertheless, usual concrete possesses a number of drawbacks, namely:

            Low frost-resistance,

            Low resistance to abrupt temperature fluctuations;

            Significant abrasion,

The main advantage of concrete parquet is its production by vibrofounding method. Application of this technology prevents formation of inner pores, which expand and create micro cracks under freezing.
There are also other advantages of concrete parquet in comparison with traditional concrete flooring. These are:

• durability,
• high service performance;
• absence of dust formation,
• higher wear resistance,
• resistance to technical fluids penetration,
• Optimal price - quality relation.

Peculiarity of concrete flooring is presented by side fastenings of pin-groove type. Such a connection provides uniform distribution of loads.
Dimensions of one tile are 250 mm x 250 mm, thickness can be 60 mm, 80 mm and 100 mm.
