plastic Plastic drain is equipped with slanting side ribs on walls, serving for rigidity of construction and keeping it in soil or concrete. The construction allows using one drain section in different variants: right turn, left turn, low turn; drain is equipped with input and output plugs in the beginning and in the end.

Section is easily mounted in soil and concrete.

It is designed for application in closed rooms or at open territories with limited load. It suits perfectly for installations in sales areas of supermarkets, in warehouses, industrial premises, points of catering, garages, terraces and other places, where load per groove does not exceed 1 ton. Groove can be installed for higher load on condition reinforced grate is used at the ambient temperature above 0°C.


		Mounting procedure 1. Prior to groove mounting, all elements shall be assembled in one construction, grate including. Construction of "pin-groove" joint provides impermeability and rigidity, necessary for these systems, without sealing substances application. 2. To form side drain it is necessary to cut out openings - "windows". Fixation of side drain is fulfilled by means of projections on the side wall of groove. Similar projections on ends of compressing element shall be cut off. 3. Lower compressing element with standard diameter 75 mm is designed for water drainage. It is necessary to remove plug before mounting of pipe socket. 4. Grate fastening is provided by a special shoulder at upper edge of groove. To remove and mount the grate, it is necessary to apply certain effort in the process of service and remove it from housing and insert in place. Shoulder is not damaged in this process.
